Évaluation du Partenariat mondial pour l'éducation

MDF reviewed the overall performance of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), the multi-stakeholder partnership in education. It led to understandable, accepted and actionable lessons for their post-2020 strategy.

• Partenaires : partenariat entre les gouvernements, la société civile et le secteur privé, secrétariat hébergé par la Banque mondiale à Washington D.C.  

• Objectif et secteur : garantir un accès équitable à une éducation de bonne qualité pour tous.

• Région et groupe cible : soutien sectoriel dans plus de 70 pays à faible revenu et pays à revenu moyen inférieur.

Qu'est-ce qui a rendu notre évaluation significative ?

With the support of seasoned education specialists, MDF conducted a thorough examination of Global Partnership for Education's development and organisational performance. We drew on extensive monitoring and assessment data accumulated by GPE over the years. We conducted a qualitative contribution analysis of factors influencing the education plan implementation and the partnership effectiveness at the country levels. We implemented a benchmarking study of four comparable global funds, and did a dedicated partnership assessment that looked beyond policies and procedures but focused on the dynamics of the partnership itself.

Quel est son impact ?

La mise en œuvre de ce processus d'évaluation a permis au client de discuter et de contribuer à l'analyse des résultats au fur et à mesure de leur apparition. Cela a abouti à la livraison en temps voulu d'un rapport d'évaluation global en anglais et en français, ce dont le client et son comité d'évaluation indépendant ont été reconnaissants.
